William C. Youngclaus, CPA
Bill received his Bachelor's degree in accounting from Bentley College in 1967 and his Masters in Taxation from Michigan State University in 1968.  He joined the Boston division of Deloitte and Touche, formerly, Deloitte, Haskins & Sells. After four years he left to become the Vice President and Treasurer of Hampton National Bank, now part of Citizens Bank in Hampton, New Hampshire. 

     In 1976 Bill opened his own practice to service the financial needs of individuals and businesses in the seacoast area.  He specializes in business planning, valuations and corporate restructuring.  He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants, Hampton Falls Rotary Club and various community programs.
