Seacoast NH CPA Team Building

The Youngclaus & Company CPA firm periodically takes time out for team building activities. Our accounting services work involves rational thought, attention to detail and strategic planning. We believe that team-building exercises improve upon these individual skills while fostering better internal workplace relationships, communication and productivity. Take a look below for some recent events.

ACCOUNTANTS RACE TO BE NUMBER 1

We feel the need — the need for speed. Our Seacoast, NH accounting services team recently revved our engines at a Go Karts outing. There are times when even a team needs to compete in head to head action to see who rules the course. It took more than just a lead foot to separate the leader with less than a second difference to take home first place.

NEW ACCOUNTANTS ON THE WAY?

Our North Hampton, NH accounting firm team recently had a gender reveal party for Kate and Briana. Our team certainly is in sync with each other as both mothers-to-be are due in February. Could the new babies be future Younglaus accountants? Only time will tell.

MORE THAN JUST ACCOUNTING SERVICES

In this pandemic year seeing staff with masks on is the new norm. Add in costumes at our annual Halloween party and it was downright difficult to know who was who. This get together was a welcome relief from our daily accounting work and although tough to tell, there were many smiles and laughs under those masks.

Youngclaus CPA TEAM IN THE WHITE MOUNTAINS

Our 2020 Team Building was taken into the outdoors. We explored The Basin and hiked some of the Cannon Mountain trails. It was a nice retreat from our typical accounting days in the office. We look forward to our next team adventure.

ACCOUNTANTS EXPLORE NH STATE PARKS!

Our 2019 team-building exercise involved exploring The Flume, The Basin and riding the Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway. The weather was beautiful with spectacular scenery. Exercising our bodies was a welcome break from our usual brain number-crunching activities. We even ran into a bear! We are looking forward to our next adventure.

Accounting Firm Narrowly Escapes!

In 2018 our team-building exercise was at the Portsmouth Escape Room. We chose a timed dangerous mission that required our collective speed, teamwork, patience and creativity. We worked together discovering clues and solving puzzles to get out of the room with 10 minutes to spare. We are looking forward to our next adventure.
