As the founding partner of Youngclaus & Company, PLLC, Bill started his CPA practice in 1976 after a career as a staff
accountant at the Boston division of Deloitte Haskins & Sells from 1968 to 1971 and as Vice President and Treasurer of
Hampton National Bank from 1971 to 1976. Bill graduated from Bentley College with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and
Michigan State University with a Master of Business Administration in Finance. Specializing in auditing, business and
personal financial planning, taxation, corporate strategy, and liability restructuring, Bill’s client range from national
closely held businesses to individuals. Bill’s professional experience has included presenting CPE
(Continuing Professional Education) seminars as well as teaching accounting and finance for the American Banking Institute
and NH University extension courses.
He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Hampshire Society of Certified
Public Accountants, Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce and various community programs.
